I am Manali, a Master of Information graduate from the University of Toronto and an Experience/Product Designer, currently working with Porter Airlines.
With a background in technology and a keen eye for design, I explore how the addition of a human aspect to these can be leveraged to make deliberate, evidence-based decisions to solve complex problems, create better experiences, and improve lives- creatively, efficiently, and meaningfully.
I believe that there is always something new to learn, and derive great pleasure from discovering connections between seemingly unrelated concepts. Driven by my innate curiosity, I constantly strive to improve my knowledge and skills, which helps me easily adapt to changing priorities, timelines and project directions.
I am excited by the existence of an infinite number of problems that need to be solved around us, none of which are too small to have an impact on our lives. After all, even today, somewhere in the world, someone is still pushing a door marked pull.
